What to Expect For Your Massage

As your massage therapist, I'm here to guide you through preparing for your first massage experience. Building a good connection between us helps create a relaxing environment where you can comfortably communicate your needs during the session.

What to Wear

Most clients undress to their comfort level, typically leaving on undergarments. Rest assured, I ensure your privacy and use proper draping techniques throughout the session to keep you feeling secure and comfortable.

During Your Massage Session

Once you're settled on the massage table, I'll step out briefly to allow you privacy to undress and get comfortable. You'll find the environment designed for relaxation, with soft lighting, soothing music, and a padded massage table for your comfort.

During our session, I'll use different techniques to address your specific concerns and goals. It's important to communicate with me throughout—whether you prefer more or less pressure, or have any discomfort, I'm here to adjust accordingly.

After Your Session

After your massage, it's normal to feel deeply relaxed or rejuvenated. Some may experience mild soreness, which usually dissipates within a day or two as your body responds to the therapeutic effects.

To maximize your massage benefits, remember to stay hydrated and avoid strenuous activities immediately afterward. Consider regular sessions to support your overall well-being.

Don't Forget

If you're feeling anxious about your first massage, take deep breaths and remind yourself that you're in a safe space. I'm here to ensure your comfort and address any concerns that arise.

Your comfort and safety are my top priorities. If you have any health conditions or specific needs, please let me know beforehand so we can tailor your session accordingly.

I look forward to guiding you through a relaxing and rejuvenating massage experience.
